This Dental place has always been good to me. Everybody is very polite and helpful. The doctor always takes time to explain how things are with my teeth and what solutions are best for you. There's no pressure to sell you things, and they try to always go through your insurance first. Edith at the front desk is very honest and open about pricing. And, it's in walking distance from me. If i could give more stars i would! Everyone here is super amazing and nice . My boyfriend and i are super terrified of the dentist. He had a hole in his back molar and it was keeping him up at night he was in so much pain so we found them and went in for a check in. They did X-rays of that tooth and then we made an appointment to come back for a deep cleaning and a removal! They explained everything super clear also went over our total with us twice so we could make sure we had the money to pay when we came back . They gave us multiple choices of ways to pay! His cleaning went amazing and the lady who did it name was Aylin and she was soo nice. She talked him through everything and even gave him a 10 min break in between the top cleaning and the bottom. I put pictures of the front of the dentist, also the before and after of the cleaning !! And one of the amazing dentist that removed his tooth! He is amazing super fast no pain! And he explains everything all u have to do is ask! Thank you guys again for being so amazing !

I have since had a crown and two cleanings here and have had a fantastic experience (as far as dental work goes anyway). I was able to get an extremely painful tooth extracted the same day I was seen for it.(My usual dentist doesn't open on Mondays). For an emergency new patient visit I thought getting out in about 2 hours was AWESOME. I wasn't thinking clearly and I was very grumpy. The staff was so quick and kind. They were very catious to make things as painless as possible. They are very communicative with you about everything before they do anything. The dentist explained every step to me clearly and made sure I was totally NUMB before starting! He gave me juice and a pep talk when I started to freakout😊! Had to have some minor work done, but I felt like everything was explained very well. At no point did I feel like I was being ripped off. My hygienist did a deep clean and kept asking if I was ok, but she was so gentle I barely felt a thing. Omg!!!! I can say soooooo much about this place...they are open bright and early (8am) while most other dentists didn't open until 10 or 11, they squeezed me in in literally 15 mins ( I was in excruciating pain and a time crunch because I had to be at work at 1), the staff was soooooo friendly and helpful, the pricing was super affordable and they have multiple payment options, I was in and out with an extraction in under an hour, and they made sure for me to come back the next day to make sure everything was going good....this office ROCKS!!! I would give them 20 stars if I could. Dr. Edwin and his team are phenomenal!!!!

Anyway ,the doctor was fantastic... I am not a very trusting person, so this doctor was more than what I was expecting. Dr. Liyan Massaband was eager to please with her abilities to save my teeth. Unfortunately my financial situation would not provide me with such luxuries. I insisted on an extraction, my teeth may as well been in concrete.... I was really in need of getting a whole new grill and after already having some work done at A Dental center, I went back to the staff and ask for their payment options and what they could do to go ahead and get the work done sooner than expected. Edith was very helpful in getting me approved for financing very quickly and with a great rate! They explain the procedures and how long it would take. Their schedule is very flexible and really accommodated my schedule. They scheduled me for a night guard for my teeth. They also scheduled me for teeth whitening and by the way I got to watch a movie while the work was being done! And they scheduled me for new veneers. Spectacular work! I am completely satisfied, outstanding job by the entire staff. Everyone is friendly and very professional and Teresa does a great job of keeping the schedule productive and up today with her reminder calls to the customer. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left (2.5 hours later, I had a lot of work I needed done) I felt welcome and in good hands. They took me through the X-rays and explained to me what they wanted to do to make my dental health better. Dr. Elzayat just reminded me that I've been an A-Dental patient for seven years. The time has really flown by! I was at risk for gum disease when I first became an A-Dental patient after many years without seeing a dentist regularly. Dr. Elzayat fixed me all up, and with regular checkups, my teeth and gums have remained healthy. No cavities! The dentists and staff are friendly and efficient; I'm usually in and out in an hour. Convenient Saturday hours for working people and Netflix in the exam rooms! What more could you ask for?

I've had a wonderful experience with this dental office so far! After going to the same place in my hometown for the first 26 years of life, I was a little uneasy about having my teeth worked on at a new location. A-Dental Center quickly eased all the concerns though, with their very friendly (youthful but skilled and knowledgeable) staff, fair prices and pleasant, painless-but-thorough cleanings. (I'm soon scheduled for wisdom teeth removal as well, which won't be quite so painless! =S Since I've been comfortable there so far though, I feel confident that this more difficult procedure will be a smooth process.) I most appreciate that the staff doesn't try to push extra costs and treatments on me- including the head dentist, who was really kind, respectful and professional in our initial introduction. They're also really awesome about sending multiple appointment reminders to your email and phone if desired, and checking in with you afterwards. They seem to be genuinely concerned with your well-being, and genuinely good people who enjoy their work environment. The only slight downside I would mention- which won't be a common concern at all- is their use of conventional-ingredient toothpastes, mouthwashes, etc. Being a health-nut big on organic, natural ingredients in food, toiletries, cleaners, etc, there are many products I'd prefer over artificially-flavored toothpaste, Scope/Listerine mouthwash and standard numbing/pain medication. But like I said, that's not a concern for most people and would probably require finding some sort of holistic dentist that insurance wouldn't cover. lol Aside from that small difference in preferences, I feel pretty sure that I'll be sticking with this office long-term and calling it my new "home-away-from-home dentist"! Thank you A-Dental for running such an excellent and considerate business!

I usually go to my home country to do all my dental visits, because my experiences haven't been that great in the US thus far (I had one dentist who straight up just wanted to 'find cavities' so he could bilk me out of $$!). The dentist I had grown up with was our dentist for 20 years (he was 90 when he retired, but still checking teeth in our family, etc) so I have HIGH expectations/ standards. This place is special. The mood is very positive, it is highly professional and I actually enjoyed being there a lot. They are also accommodating in terms of payment in a way that is fair and honest. I've also seen doctors who are quite rude to their nurses, and my dentist was absolutely kind and treated her with respect. I really appreciate that. Very helpful and thorough when it comes to explanations. I experienced a huge trauma when it came to the dentist when I was 11; which I explained to Dr. Elzayat. Knowing this, the staff had been very gentle and careful while they walked me through the procedures as they were done. Also a big plus, they give you options. I moved and still drive over twenty miles to get here and continue to come here. I enjoy all the staff that have been so kind since I've been a patient. I feel comfortable and safe knowing that I have a dentist I can count on for fair prices and the best service. I'm still making payments on Invisalign that I finished months ago. If you live or work anywhere near North Hollywood, consider yourself lucky!
